For years, The Forge has gathered Indianapolis CEOs monthly to elevate the vision and craft of leadership. Forge Roundtables are a new way to engage — designed for leaders who want more consistent, high-trust conversations with peers who understand the stakes.

In a confidential circle of six CEOs, you’ll process real challenges together and have honest conversations that change how you lead – not just what you know.

Each Roundtable meets twice a month for 90 minutes:

• One session dedicated to leadership growth through proven frameworks.
• One session focused on member-led issue processing and peer input.
• Both facilitated by Kairos consultants to ensure safety, focus, and practical clarity.
