A new way to sharpen your leadership.
For years, The Forge has gathered Indianapolis CEOs monthly to elevate the vision and craft of leadership. Forge Roundtables are a new way to engage — designed for leaders who want more consistent, high-trust conversations with peers who understand the stakes.
In a confidential circle of six CEOs, you’ll process real challenges together and have honest conversations that change how you lead – not just what you know.
Each Roundtable meets twice a month for 90 minutes:
- One session dedicated to leadership growth through proven frameworks.
- One session focused on member-led issue processing and peer input.
- Both facilitated by Kairos consultants to ensure safety, focus, and practical clarity.
What You Can Expect
Deep Inner Work
We start with the part of leadership that actually drives everything: your inner world.
As CEO, when you settle into a more centered identity, the organization stops fighting itself.
A solid core drives massive impact.
The Kind Truth
You don’t need more polite nodding. You need the truth, delivered with compassion.
Yes, it stings. And it heals.
A Circle Of Thoughtful Troublemakers
You’ll sit with leaders who care about legacy, love, and leaving things better — and who can laugh at themselves along the way.
A room shaped by mutual courage, not status, posturing, or bravado
The Kind of Growth That Follows You Around
Insight means nothing if it dies in the meeting room.
Roundtable work impacts your decisions, your relationships, and your exec team.
Serious Work, Playful Spirit
We take the work seriously, and we can laugh at ourselves.
Expect depth, gentle irony, and a lot of heart that sneaks the truth past your defenses.

Why the flexible start date?
We’re curating the right cohort of CEOs, and that takes a bit of choreography. Momentum is building, and as more leaders raise their hands, we’re shaping the first cohort accordingly. Consider it a gathering that forms when the right people converge, not a meeting forced onto a calendar.
C-Suite Executives
We are also starting a session for C-Suite executives. Same details above, but with C-suite leaders who are seeking the same kind of community committed to leveling up.
Andrew Hoffman will be leading that cohort. If that’s you, reach out.
