  • Group Size: Capped at 6 executives from different companies and industries to maximize depth and trust
  • Format: 90-minute sessions, twice monthly
  • Structure:
    • One session on executive leadership growth—practical frameworks, pattern recognition, and self-awareness tied to real business stakes
    • One session dedicated to issue-processing using a proven method that surfaces assumptions and expands options
  • Flexibility: Space for urgent, “high-heat” challenges as they arise
  • Facilitation: Hosted and guided by Kairos coaches
  • Commitment: Six-month cycle, with option to renew and continue
  • Location: In-Person or Virtual – depending on group requirements
  • Investment: $3,000
