what to expect

    • Unmetered access to your coach. We don’t watch the clock and are always on call. Meetings, emails, texts, voice memos – we make time and connect in a way that works best for you.
    • You’ll get the most out of your coaching if you plan on at least two 60-90 minute meetings a month and can budget additional time outside of meetings for reflection and homework. 
    • A coaching structure customized to your needs, learning style, and goals. 
    • CEOs have access to our 2 x 2 coaching sessions when other executives are receiving coaching, which brings both executives and their coaches together. These sessions are designed to increase alignment and clarity, solve relational problems, and improve coaching objectives when necessary.

    • Minimum commitment: 6 months. This allows time to build trust, identify heat, and see initial results. Most CEOs work with us for 18-24 months. 
    • We start with you first. As CEO, you’re the highest leverage point in your organization. We focus on your development before expanding to other executives.
    • Team coaching follows your lead. Once we determine another executive would benefit from coaching, we recommend a 3-month minimum, typically continuing as long as you’re in coaching or until you see the improvements you’re targeting.

Once we’ve established a foundation with you as CEO, we engage your entire executive team using the Enneagram and other proven frameworks. We build your team’s capacity to give hard feedback, restore damaged relationships, and develop leadership depth.

    • Issue Discovery & Roadmap. We identify root causes and create a customized engagement plan based on your team’s specific challenges and desired outcomes. A thorough process that creates alignment and insights between Kairos and the CEO.
    • Intensive Team Development. Individual coaching for each executive, facilitated sessions to equip your team with new mental models and skills.
    • High-Touch Engagement. Bi-weekly executive team sessions for a minimum of 3-6 months, with flexibility to adjust to monthly as momentum builds. Individual coaching and alignment meetings with your Kairos engagement lead run parallel throughout.

what our coaches bring

    • Collective power through team engagement. We operate as a unified team (with at least two coaches per engagement) to tackle your biggest issues. Each engagement has an engagement lead and, at a minimum, one other Kairos consultant. This model gives your executive team access to our combined capacity, insights, and diverse perspectives 
    • An understanding of team dynamics and a willingness to name them as they happen. We use the Enneagram to reveal how each leader’s core motivations and blind spots create the team’s collective strengths and friction points.
    • Vertical development. We expand how your leadership team thinks and operates because most leadership challenges can’t be solved at the same level of thinking that created them. We help your team develop new ways of seeing and processing complex problems to break through current limitations.

    • Minimum commitment: 9-12 months. This allows time to see a return on investment in your long-term transformation goals. Most companies stay engaged in team coaching for 24-36 months.
